LineReady checklists on a phone

The problem

A shift should not run on clipboards and group texts.

Restaurant teams juggle a lineup taped to a wall, a food safety binder nobody opens, and a group chat where instructions disappear by lunch. Nothing is where you need it when the doors open.

LineReady replaces all of it with one app on the phone every team member already carries.

What is inside

Everything a shift actually needs, in one place.

Shift lineup, opening and closing checklists, food safety logs, training, and team messaging. Each piece is there because a shift falls apart without it.

Checklists show who completed what and when, so accountability is a by-product of doing the work rather than a separate chore.

LineReady feature overview

Built where it is used

Designed on the line, not in a vacuum.

LineReady was built by a restaurant director for his 90-person Chick-fil-A team. Every screen was shaped by a real shift and corrected the next morning when it did not hold up.

It runs every single shift, which is the only test that matters.
